Mr. Merriman brings nearly 20 years of real estate and financial management experience as both an operator and investor with early stage and large companies across multiple industries.LMDG currently has nearly 100 investors across 14 states. Mr. Merriman has developed institutional partnerships with Pensco Trust, uDirect IRA, Equity Trust, and others giving individuals the ability to invest with LMDG using a Self-Directed IRA.Mr. Merriman has also been a panelist for the Lusk School of Real Estate at the University of Southern California and has participated in numerous webinars related to real estate investing and Self-Directed IRAs.With his commitment to customer service, Mr. Merriman has maintained a 98% investor retention rate since LMDG’s inception in 2005. Prior to this, Mr. Merriman served as Investment Manager for Eurovestech, plc a London based venture capital firm where he served on multiple boards of investee companies.Mr. Merriman is also active in his community. He is currently an advisor on multiple boards including the Pacific Club sponsored Ronnie Lott Impact Trophy in Newport Beach, CA. This award given annually, is presented to college football’s top defensive player both on and off the field.Mr. Merriman holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Finance from Western Washington University.Mr. Merriman currently lives in Newport Beach California with his wife and four sons.
