LMDG purchases distressed or under-utilized property in Los Angeles and Orange County California at a substantial discount to market. We rehab the properties and then maximize rents. Our return model is simple; we pay our investors an annual rate of return ranging from 5.5% to 9% which is paid on a quarterly basis and there are no fees.
